Our local organizing work is about building communal power and relationships to create lasting change. This is not just about “wins” but about sustaining each other and the work for the long haul. We all bring skills, gifts, and connections to the table — together, we can go further.

Getting started with organizing

Whether you're new to organizing or looking to deepen your approach, these resources can help:

  • A community power map helps organizers visualize key relationships, resources, and decision-makers in their local context, identifying where influence and opportunities for action exist. By mapping both relational and place-based connections, you can strategically build alliances, leverage existing networks, and strengthen collective power for change.
